Verify a Hero Labs credential

Hero Labs badges are Open Badges 3.0 credentials signed with Ed25519. Paste the credential or upload the .jwt file to check the signature and that the badge hasn't been revoked. The issuer's public key is published at /api/public/issuer/jwks.json.
